My husband and I couldn't have been any happier with our decision to hire Jen as our doula. She was with us while pregnant, as support for anything we were going through (both emotionally and physically). We practiced labor techniques and breathing monthly leading up to delivery so that we were ready for the big day! Jen never left my side the entire 15 hour labor, she was such an integral part of our experience. I wouldn't have hit my goal of not having an epidural if it weren't for her support. If you are expecting or planning to have a baby soon I would strongly encourage you to hire Jen! I couldn't have gone through delivering an almost 10 pound baby naturally without her!
Jennifer has been doing massage work on me during my last couple months of pregnancy. I received six massages from her during the last six to seven weeks of pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy and I have felt great- thanks in part to her wonderful prenatal massage skills. She has helped keep my body feeling good and functioning well during the last part of my pregnancy, the time in which most women become extremely uncomfortable. I would highly recommend her to any pregnant woman, as I feel that she is extremely knowledgeable and skillful...
Jennifer is very lovely to work with. She encapsulated my placenta from the comfort of my own apartment. I had an emergency c-section and my son spent a week in the NICU, Jen was very helpful and had my capsules ready right away for me. She also did a tincture and a remedy for us, whenever my son gets congested or isn't feeling well I add a tiny drop to his tongue and I notice the difference right away. Even after my services have been completed Jen has still been very helpful, all in all a great experience!
I am so grateful that I chose Jennifer to encapsulate my placenta following my last birth. She was with me for the delivery and she took my placenta straight from my home and returned with the capsules within a week. I turned 40 just before my son was born and I definitely noticed myself getting tired easily. The placenta pills gave me just a steady little boost whenever I started to feel run down or slightly overwhelmed with caring for my new baby and the rest of my family. I gradually stopped taking them around six weeks postpartum. If I were to be blessed with another baby, I would certainly chose to do this again.
